Kelly’s career spans healthcare, publishing, education, hospitality, nonprofit organizations, professional services, and commercial real estate. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations of all sizes, helping leadership teams improve visibility, strengthen communication, embrace emerging technology, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Kelly earned her certification in Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation from MIT and advises organizations on the practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence. Her expertise helps Cadre explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance marketing, operations, research, client service, productivity, and business development while preserving the personal relationships and trusted expertise at the heart of commercial real estate.
