Krone Weidler

Krone Weidler has over 20 years of healthcare real estate brokerage experience in advisory, consulting, and investment sales, of medical and seniors housing assets.  Krone is passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Through advisory and brokerage services, Krone has exceeded $1B in asset valuation for her clients.

Her relationships in healthcare run deep. She has represented national, regional, and local owners of healthcare assets. She has extensive experience in working with a variety of clients from independent owners to REITs.  She is driven to get deals done for her clients and is often described as “tenacious” and “a deal maker.” She is creative and uses her negotiating skills to get deals over the finish line.  Krone has worked on assets as small as $300,000 for a bank client, to working with a developer, management company and REIT to form a partnership that yielded over $450,000,000 in value.

Krone was born and raised on Maryland’s eastern shore. She is a graduate of Salisbury University and the University of South Florida.  She also studied at the University of Hawaii and graduated from the CREW Network Leadership Program, led by Harvard University and MIT. Krone is an avid sports fan of the Baltimore and Tampa Bay teams.  She enjoys time with her partner, travel, walk on the beach, podcasts, and books on audible.
